Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions:

  • When do I receive my beer? – Each month we close the orders by the 10th. The beer is then sent out as soon as possible, by the 15th most of the times. Example 1 – I start my subscription on July 9th. We send out your box by July 15th. Example 2 – I start my subscription on July 13th. We send your box out by August 15th.
  • If I order a single box (no subscription), when do I receive it? – As we collect the beer from breweries based on orders, the same as above applies. If you order by the 10th, we send your box out by the 15th of the same month.
  • Where do you deliver? – We deliver over all of Czech Republic. In the future, we hope to deliver within the EU, but for now, orders can be delivered only in CZ.
  • What delivery company do you use? – We use Messenger, as they handle all packages by hand and there is a minimal risk of breakage.
  • Can I get in touch with Messenger? – Yes, on the day of delivery you receive a text message with a 2 hour delivery window and the driver’s contact. You can also email us and we can send you tracking number.
  • How much does delivery cost? – The price for delivery is included in the total price, so the price you see is the final price, no hidden or extra costs.
  • How do I cancel my subscription? – You can cancel your subscription in “MY CHEERS” section. Here you can edit your account as well.
  • Do beers in boxes repeat? – We try to come up with a new box every month, but we cannot guarantee that some beers won’t repeat. Some are just so good that we believe you won’t mind having it again!
  • How to store the beer? – All of the beers you are going to receive from us are from small breweries, who usually don’t pasteurize their beer. Therefore it needs to be kept in a cold and dark place, preferably in a fridge, under 10°C.
  • Can I order for someone else? – Yes, definitely! Just make sure you put down their phone number so they can be alerted when the box is going to be delivered.
  • How do you select the beers? – Some months the selection is solely up to us, some months we seek the advice of professionals and some months’ selections are put together in a collaboration with a well-known person from the industry.
